LORD SABINUS RISSIK

Lord Sabinus Rissik was born January 8th, 5 A.U. in Emran, the youngest son of Akinita and Garen Rissik. Many likened him to his father, as Sabinus followed in his footsteps in becoming the High Priest of Firanos and an excellent archer. He joined the 1st Division at the age of 11, and by the end of his lifetime made his way to the rank of Commander. Eventually, Sabinus was made first proxy of the Chimera clan after both of his elder siblings were not able to perform the duty.

In May of 23 A.U., Lady Yasha chose him as her festival marriage prize, and they were hastily wed a mere days before Sabinus was set to marry Lady Petrina. Sabinus sired two legitimate children through Lady Yasha, Sharin and Sabiros, though he died three months shy of Sabiros' birth.

The Religious Council made Sabinus their spokesman to speak out against the Ista Aldrik-Firgalik Weddings (Leyla and Aldrikos, Fidelia and Halakeye) since the gods were upset with the Firans at the time. The Gold Dragons thought Sabinus was being used as a pawn by the Ista Aldriks and therefore it was a Bear ploy to avoid the weddings, an assumption that infuriated to the point of invading the Bear district. Soon afterwards the Republic's Clan Council decided to blame Sabinus and Akinita for all the political troubles, claiming he disrupted the peace for his own selfish ends, namely his much rumored love for Lady Fidelia. Sabinus was sentenced to be executed for treason with his mother, Akinita, on January 10th, 25 A.U. ADDENDUM: Later rumors began springing up that just as the coup de grace was given, the young lord's body was enveloped in a blaze of light. Since his family has said his body was burned in a proper funeral, many are left to wonder what really happened on that fateful day.
