Sangreos

Once known within the Old City as one of Pangaros' lieutenants and in Anarinuell as a shrewd merchant who could turn a profit on your goods, Sangreos Tabernik kept himself in the background while Pangaros ran the Old City. After the famed crimelord's death, he seemed to fade from sight until an unknown crime family suddenly appeared in the Old City and made noises about taking over. Somehow, nearly as quickly as they appeared, this threat was quashed and some say the family had badly underestimated the quiet lieutenant whose main reputation was as a ladies man and merchant. In the years that followed, Sangreos has built up his power in the Old City and now is regarded as the successor to Pangaros.

That power held for many years, but sometime in late 37 A.U. Sangreos disappared from sight again. No one's seen or heard from him since. It's largely assumed that he's either dead or hiding so deep he won't be coming back.
