SANITY is an indication of your mental stability and grasp on reality, and whether you are able to fit into society. (Contrast with Maturity, Self-Esteem, and Insight.) 

   0: totally psychotic/sociopathic
   1: not insane but depressed, living in a fantasy
   2: someone who lies to his/herself, very neurotic
   3: average adult, usual neuroses
   4: very grounded, balanced person, a few neuroses
   5: so few neuroses, so as to appear to have none
