Kinto arrives from the city.
Kinto has arrived. Anarinuell: Sailor's Nook -- Pier Area Contents: Kinto Fiyana stands on the pier staring out into the water. Kinto walks along, either unhappy to be up in the morning or unhappy to be rained upon or just unhappy because he's happy being unhappy. In any case, he doesn't seem all that cheery as he walks along the riverside. IC Game time: Firan time: 07:29:30 AM on Thu May 9, in the year 18 A.U. It's a spring day. A light rain falls from a grey sky. It's cool and there's a mild wind from the east. Fiyana hitches back an arm and tosses another rock into the river. Kinto looked at you.

Fiyana (#16347PXfgce>) A young woman with pointy ears, Fiyana has light blue eyes, boyishly cut dirty blond hair and tan skin. Fiyana appears to weigh about 115 pounds and stands about 5'3" tall. With the right clothing, this maiden could pass for a boy on any day, and has a rag tag shuffle as well as an undeveloped and thin body.

Fiyana is wearing: a cotton tunic.

Fiyana looks to be in general good health. Fiyana is looking a bit dirty.

Fiyana reaches into a fold in his(?) tunic and pulls a handful more rocks. Kinto pauses behind somebody tossing rocks into the water, eyeing their back with a sort of bland-sociopathic brooding scowl. Fiyana lays the rocks down beside the pier and swings both dangling legs up back on the pier as Fiyana turns around to stand up. Kinto just continues to eye the back or whatever part is presented towards him dourly, still musing over whether or not giving the kid a shove in the river would prove entertaining enough to go to the trouble of it. All in the name of a brighter morning, of course. Fiyana rises to both feet and slaps both hands together in a brushing off motion as Fiyana's quick eyes glance around the street.

Kinto A man with a ponytail, Kinto has dark brown eyes, long black hair and fair skin. Kinto appears to weigh about 190 pounds and stands about 5'8" tall. This man appears fairly strong and nimble, but is given to slouching most of the time and faces the world with a near-permanent scowl etched into his face.

Kinto is wearing: a linen tunic, a iron breastplate, and a pair of leather boots. Kinto looks to be in general good health. Carrying: iron knife

It's a street near the dock area all right. Sailor, sailor, beggar, merchant, dock, water, nasty-looking ponytailed guy with an evil look, sailor, beggar, beggar, whorehouse, and so on. Fiyana eyeballs Kinto with a quick baffled glance as the young person starts trotting towards the Barnacle Inn. <OOC> Kinto says, "On the days when your inspiration to play your nasty thug character is a little lacking, you tend to do a lot of scowling at people until something jumps to mind." <OOC> Fiyana laughs. Kinto watches the kid troop off with a scowl, then casually takes the kid's former place and the kid's former rocks and starts plunking them into the river. Fiyana's attention seems to be constantly snared by something and then something else a moment later. Usually it's half the merchant carts and tables littered among the street. Fiyana stops by one of the merchant's carts and picks up a small trinket, which the merchant snatches out of Fiyana's hands and places back on the table. Fiyana turns away from the table with a snort and continues on the way to the Inn. You open the wooden door with a creak and head into...

Anarinuell: Barnacle Inn -- Pier District Yelda, the hostess greets Fiyana. "Welcome t' the Barn'cle Inn." You open the door and step out of the inn, into...

Anarinuell: Sailor's Nook -- Pier Area Fiyana comes back out of the Inn a few minutes later with a quick pace heading back to the original seat. Kinto is still there. But the rock stash has been quite expended. Fiyana continues to watch all the various people and the stalls and carts lining the street. It's not until Fiyana is a few paces away does the seat usurper get noticed. "Hey!" Kinto sits blandly in the contested spot, hands planted behind him as he leans back in a reclining sort of way. He turns a sour glare towards the kid. "Yo, kid, I didn't ask for somebady ta show up an' start screamin'. Shaddap." Fiyana gives the stranger the same kind of contemptous snort that the earlier merchant got. "Whatever." Fiyana steps to the side in order to take a less ideal seat off to the side. Looking for the rocks before taking a seat however. "What did you do with my rocks?", glaring down at Kinto indignantly. Kinto eyes the kid dourly. "I threw 'em in the river, pointy-ears," he rasps. "Wanna join 'em?" Fiyana crosses both arms, scowling with a raised voice, "I spent a long time looking for just the right smooth ones! How would YOU like to go find them?!" Kinto says, "I ain't got time ta look for damn rocks, punk. Too bad, huh." Fiyana says, "That's right. Your sorry butt will be too busy treading water to worry about anything else.."" Kinto looks somewhat unimpressed, turning slightly to sneer viciously. "Treadin' water. That means I'd 'afta be -in- some water. Who's gonna put me dere? You, skinny? I don't t'ink so." Fiyana says, "You're the one sitting down. I wouldn't have to do more that a quick kick and splash! in you go!" Kinto scoffs darkly. "Ya couldn't kick over an empty barrel wit' a runnin' start, ya runt." He smirks caustically. "Besides, ya don't want ta see me in da river anyway." Fiyana says, "Is that so?" Kinto abruptly acquires a throughly psychotic expression. "Yeah. 'cos then I'd put you face down in da river by da next week and dat'd be da end of yer rock throwin'." Kinto attempts to intimidate Fiyana to believe his threat. >>> You are not intimidated by Kinto. >>> In fact, that Kinto has tried to intimidate you is infuriating. <OOC> Kinto says, "That was the wrong scary face, apparently." <OOC> Fiyana giggles. <OOC> Kinto says, "Jeez. I might get my 1 reputation revoked for this. :>" Fiyana huffs at that, looking irritated. "OH YEAH?! You and what army?! All I see is some fathead with rocks for brains acting like he's been sitting on a stick." Fiyana places both hands on your shoulders and gives a light shove (light to you, anyways.) Kinto seems to be unable to decide whether to be amused at the kid's spunk or irate that the kid hasn't wet his/her pants and dashed off crying. In any event, he's a little too massive to be pitched with a light shove when he's reclining. "Don't touch me, kid," he says coldly. Fiyana's face scrunches up with the effort being put into the push. Fiyana lets out a big breath and tries to push again. This time, One of Fiyana's hands slides forward but off Kinto's shoulder, putting the pusher off-balanced.

[Help] Fiyana says, "Is there a way to take items from someone without their notice?" [Help] Jazayeri says, "do you have pilfer?" [Help] Fiyana says, "Yes." [Help] Fiyana says, "Pilfer just says coins." [Help] Jazayeri says, "o then I dont know" [Help] Fiyana says, "Thanks anyways."

Kinto mutters, and shoves the kid aside to the ground before standing up. "Ya know, kid, I should be pretty pissed off that ya stuck yer grubby hands inta my stenis... but I don't care 'bout dat right now. Maybe I will later. Maybe ya'd better stay outta my way." And he stalks off.

<OOC> Kinto waves again. I guess it's botch day at the wharf. ;>
