Know When to Fade to Black

You're the Shamibelians. You're evil. It's your job to offend. Do horrible, transgressive things in character, but please be aware when you might be crossing a line and making a certain person uncomfortable. Some people might enjoy the awful things you do. Others might not. Know the difference and "Fade to Black" as necessary.

Know When to Look the Other Way

You have almost unlimited power over other players in the game. They're all slaves, and you can imprison or even kill them if you want to. However, it's not fun for them to rp being in jail, and for purposes of the LARP nobody can escape until the third round anyway. So there's no point in locking anyone up, or being too much of a hardass if it's going to keep someone from rping. If you're worried about them doing harm, cuff their thumbs or tie their hands. This way they can still rp but are effectively immobilized.
