On Firan time: 04:28:25 PM on Fri Dec 29, in the year 44 A.U., Firistan used the 'oratory' skill successfully and received a favorable response. The text of the message reads as follows:
Firistan emerges from the spartan N'Gato estate and calls forth a crowd to hear him speak.
"I stand, figuratively, with Clan Leader Diamia on the matter of Prince Argin Elianik. The recent revelations of the prince's mindset and his policies have disturbed me greatly. I shall state my opposition point by point so that I may be clear.
I loathe and despise the Defiler, my former brother-in-law Adan. Each time I see him, I will beat him mercilessly to the ground and remind him quite forcefully that I shall not forget his slight on my family. However, to attempt to marry him to a Shamibelian goes too far. Thankfully, Adan momentarily had the wits to refuse. This attempted marriage is one of two things: a cheap and petty ploy to humiliate a disgraced half brother, or an egregious error in judgment. Either way, unbecoming of an Elianik, a prince, and a military commander.
As Her Honor Diamia stated, some prices are too high to pay. To stoop to the level of the Shamibelians lessens us. It cheapens us. I will not lower myself to the level of a godless enemy and the fact that Prince Argin is willing to do so tells me much about his judgment, his ability to command, and the terrible state this Republic should find itself in if the prince were to retain his command or, God forbid, become Ranivor. Victory at any cost is not victory at all, not total victory, and we must always remember that God watches and judges us based upon our actions in this life.
Along with Clan Leader Diamia, as well as the even-minded and thoughtful citizens of every clan, I call on you to condemn the actions of Prince Argin. His needless brutality, his erratic behavior, his lack of judgment, his inability to bring us victory after so many have died for his failed tactics all point toward a man who is unable to lead effectively. We all seek victory, but would be condemn our mortal souls in order to achieve it? I certainly would not.
There was a crowd of 87 people in Anarinuell: Hydra District -- N'Gato Estate, including the players: Firistan.
The crowd seemed interested by Firistan's words and Firistan's social points were adjusted upwards by 60.
