Overview

This page is meant to be updated after every staff meeting on Firan and shall serve as a compilation of our weekly goals to check off at the next meeting, or re-emphasize. A list is to be used in conjunction with our general Staff Priorities page.

When you get stuff done, strike it out and leave it that way for a week so everyone can see what you got done! You don't need to put down every tiny task: just high level goals.

Current Priorities

By wizard, alphabetically!

Adam

1. Relax after War Season and catch up on some RL stuff that I neglected for 8 weeks
2. Hire more trainee wizards
3. Fix known combat bugs
4. Fix dumb little combat commands like snowballs and whip
5. Code Techniques!
6. Oversee various 'war aftermath' activities (postponed)
7. Place newly developed cultures on a map for Steph (Added by Leia after reviewing the meeting log)

Amber

1. Vacation. Consider daiquiris.
2. Okay, and finish chargenning Julea.
3. Harass other staff. Because I'm a brat.

Brandon

1. Complete the bird messenger code assigned by Leia.
2. Start working on the FYI code as discussed with Jon.
3. Work on jobs for The Great Bug Squash.
4. Keep up on all the IC Ellish work.
5. Finish the childsearch() replacements as assigned by Jon.
6. Do divine housekeeping.

Brent

1. Generate the-whole-war-season action report
2. Merge GP requests with characters' war-season badassery, distribute pointage
3. Examine SQL for Requests (Added by Leia after reviewing meeting log)

CornflowerBuilder

1. Learn more stuffz!
2. Finish @jobs
3. Put retired characters stories on the wiki.
4. Pick a first chargen
5. Make a Generic Lily!

Dex

1. Finish up the CG of Tesani
2. Four code jobs need completion
3. Write up ICPM Ellish TPs
4. CG characters as needed for Ellish TPs
5. Have a mentor/mentee meeting with Jamie
6. Finish up the building jobs the PHers are working on with me
7. Relic creation

Eliza

1. Work on Ellish stuff. So much Ellish stuff.
2. Finish Vaquira's chargen (almost there)
3. CODE JOB. Must figure out how!
4. Cron job!
5. @faq @job thing: figure this out. How hard can this be?

Ford

1. Help with Ellish plotting, including my peeps and traps.
2. Working on another TP writeup TP: Ellishian Insurgents.
3. Continue to help with documenting Firanos, trimming through @mail and plotting with Jessica where he is concerned.
4. Aid in the Great Bug Squash (3 Completed so far)
5. Moving @family into sql

Ginny

Week of July 21-25, 2008

1. Review FH wiki newsletter policy.
2. Keep up with FH CP and newsletters.
3. Finish @request 10 @requests a week. (6 complete)
4. Prepare Lutrios for the roster. (Updating begun.)
5. Project (Due Aug 1): Milestones_List_for_Guests_and_Recruits_Info_fixes (1 review complete w/log)
6. Transfer July XP logs for review.

Jamie

1. Finish NELANA!
2. Work on Nasia and get her ready for review.
3. Try to do at least 5 requests a day.
4. Work on updating TP pages and finishing Ellish TP.
5. Tackle some building @jobs.
6. RP some for sanity!

Jeanne

1. Ensure requests et al are transferred to SQL to reduce database size.
2. Rework backup methodology.
3. Work on Gemgate culture!

Jessica

1. Use Weekly Priorities wisely

1. Work with Pippa to make sure @birthday/attr is locked down

I just realized today I had not set my priority page in ages. The OCD nearly killed me. I'm horrified. HORRIFIED.

1. TP by April 1st (complete as of June 1st, the extended deadline)
2. Kick some @request count butt (ongoing)
3. Finish Terella (finished, just need to make final tweaks as per the CGen review)
4. Review all of those news file @requests that were assigned me
5. Get Mungo ready for review
6. Work with the PHers to see what they need on @bb 52 and what they don't so I can weed it down appropriately (nabbed a couple PHers for this and got feedback, need to follow-up with them)

Nicole

1. Help Lisa and OOCPM clear some of the confers Lisa can't touch. (Top priority for me this week)
2. TP by April1 with Pippa -- finished, and not being executed until after May 8th.
3. Nab a couple of chargens -- finished Olicia this week, working on Judala now.
4. Help get some of the request count down -- where I can.
5. Be a stronger presence on channels, and chat with people more.

Pippa

1. Code the lock on @birthday/attr to those only on roster
2. Prep work for Srennian TP -- building, objects, etc

Shelly

1. Kick out chargen reviews
2. Handle various and sundry IC rulings piling up in the queue
3. Clear out old building jobs
4. Review Kagi's Guest GM Proposal
5. Fix some bugs!
6. Gemgate brainstorming!
7. Manage Steph and her priorities

9. Semi-regular departmental meetings - seniors sitting in on other departmental meetings will help keep all the departments informed.
10. We should have the gods meet more often, and do the meetings semi-IC so that people aren't afraid to ask OOC questions.

1. Add Rislan v. Donos and Rikon v. Donos conflicts to the Liberation of Ellish file.
2. Send out 'overdue @helpreq' notices.
3. Finish the 'Banished' file that I've been sitting on.
4. Start wiki file for Adan

1. Finish old @helpreq's.
2. Encourage other PHers to do same.
3. Finish Social Points wiki page.
4. Finish "What I Wish my PHmentor had told me when I was new" wiki page - find shorter name, post on 52 to encourage PHers to add to the page.
5. Update Ania's wiki page, to reflect kidnapping.
6. Enhance & maintain positive energy on PH, Help, & Guest channels.
7. Brainstorm fun things to improve PHer morale, sense of community.
