Republic Orders
Mar 25, 42 A.U
First Division
Taleena has processed the following @FYI at Anarinuell: Ticanee District -- Oshta Mansion -- Taleena's Room:
Until such a time as the tensions between the rabble rousing Gold Dragons and Cockatrice subside, the First Division is going to hold increased patrols and the guards are going to serve double duty. It is Taleena's intent to make sure the First, at the very least, is on the alert for any impending raids, since it seems there's great dissent and possible verge of war rabbling going on with all the insults being flung publicly by Clan Leaders, Proxies, and Proxy's children! As speechified:
The First Division is hereby ordered to increased patrols and activity. All guards are to report for /double/ duty. Sentries are hereby ordered to look to the skies, and make certain that we are not taken by surprise by flights of Shamibelians coming to raid. Nighttime patrols are increased -- though no guard should be out at night in no less than pairs, NEVER alone. At the first sight of any sort of bright light suddenly forming, alarms are to be raised.
It is no doubt, with all of the fuss that is currently being shouted about, that raids from the Shamibelians will soon be on their way, as it is their nature to take advantage of such dissention in order to further tear us apart. So, the First Division stands ready as a precaution until further notice. Or, until some sort of diplomatic result is seen from current mounting tensions.
First Division June 04, 42 A.U All archers not assigned to pilots to deploy to the walls of the city, concentrated on the southern walls of the city. All ballista to be manned, shots should be fired to land outside of the city if they miss their target.
Infantry troops to muster at the barracks and gates to the palace district, deploying to the site of any conflict in or out of the city once it is clear.
All sentries to indicate, clearly, via messenger and flags the presence of Enemy griffons over a district.
Fifth Division
All medics to deploy to the barracks under the command of the ranking 5th division officer. Medics to deploy to the site of any fighting once it is secured.
April 20, 42 A.U.
Predator Division Air Force: Shamibelian raids are circling up north and then cutting across the city towards the south. Knowing this, we should concentrate our forces to screen the south towards Ellish and expect attack from the north. No idea how they are getting around the city without a Gold Dragon patrol knowing, but they are. In contrast to trying to patrol around the city, a large space, or trying to cut them off from the north, we can better attack them knowing their positions post-engagement within the city or countryside and thus catch them in the southern screen.
Bear Orders
April 23, 42 A.U.
During raids all Bear citizens except clan military members are to remain in their homes with their doors locked. Should you see a Shamibelian you need to shout for help. Do not try to fight on by yourself unless it is in defence as you are not trained to do so like our clan military.
During raids the First division may enter the Bear district in order to assist in the investigation of sightings and capture of Shamibelians however Bear clan military members have first authority. All Shamibelians their weapons and their griffons are to be handed over to the First division at once in order to receive their punishment.
At the conclusion of a raid when the First has said it is all clear and the clan military leaders (Captain or above) have given the all clear people are allowed to return to their normal lives. Anyone involved in a fight with a Shamibelian or other forces MUST report to Lady Captain Xamori Teranzik to have their armor repaired as soon as possible to ensure that it is ready for the next battle and for the front.
These orders are in effect until otherwise changed and are made by Lord Docci Ista Aldrik, commanding officer of the Bear clan military, minister of justice and undersecretary of defense.
Chimera Orders
Apr 20th, 42 AU
Under normal conditions, the clan military is in charge of patrolling the district. Anyone sighting raiders should immediately alert the rest of the district. As a part of normal training, pilots should make sweeps around the district and the country adjacent to the district, to keep an eye open for raiders. After the initial sweep, all pilots should pull back to patrolling the south and east district walls as we have intel that shows raiders passing southeast through our district when they try to escape. Again, any raiders that are sighted, should be relayed back to the district as quickly as possible.
At the first sign of an Air Raid, all members of the Clan Military should form up outside the armory to receive orders from commanding officers. The highest ranking soldier present is in charge of those that assemble and the first task will be to accomplish a thorough and efficient sweep of the district. Bashed down doors or any other suspicious sightings should be investigated as a part of the sweep in the case that raiders have forced their way into any buildings.
After the sweep is finished, the clan military will remain on double-duty in terms of the frequency of patrols for a week after the raid. Once that time has passed, the clan military defaults back into normal patrol schedules.
All citizens who aren't actively defending the district are encouraged to seek shelter inside the walls during an air raid. Specifically, the communal farm will stand as a gathering place for all members of the clan who don't have a safe place to go. Clan guards already watch over it and a large number of citizens all gathered there will dissuade raiders from trying to kidnap anyone.
Cockatrice Orders
Apr 03, in the year 42 A.U.:
To assist the First in their duty to protect the city against possible Shamibelian raids, I order all Anarinuell based members of the Cockatrice military to be on heightened patrol in our district and the land we hold around the city. Let us keep our eyes on the sky and our ears to the ground.
Apr. 20, 42 A.U:
Cockatrice military personnel are to report to the post and tower accordingly, man up and then patrol the district and skies in force. Those serving in the Republic should report to the Palace District and do the same. Orders will be coordinated via the highest ranking officer present. Patrols should shout first, then engage the enemy. All citizens should repair to the safety of their homes, especially the lowest floor possible. If you are caught outside and have no place to go, the Judgment Green is defended in force from attack, so head there.
Eagle Orders
Gold Dragon Orders
In the event of air raids, women and children are ordered to lock themselves into secluded places within their homes or to hurry to secured places like the Temple, or the Gold Dragon Mansion courtyard. All male citizens of the Gold Dragon clan between the ages of sixteen and sixty are to report to their designated captain - even if they are not an active member of the clan military they are considered to be conscripted militia who must report when the raid bells ring.
The First Division has the authority to patrol and pursue enemies in the Gold Dragon district, on Gold Dragon lands, and in the city of Sarkaran, though they must do it in cooperation with Gold Dragon officials, keeping them informed at all times about their activities there.
The airforce is ordered into the skies to patrol the district, the perimeter of Anarinuell, and the city of Sarkaran in broad formations designed to spot any enemy from a large distance. All citizens who see a Shamibelian are ordered to call for guards and assistance as soon as possible.
Griffon Orders
At the news of any raid, any off duty or on leave Griffon soldiers and guards are to immediately head to the district for its defense until re-released by superior officers. Permission is granted to the First to enter the district in times of raid if there is Shamibelian presence; however, first authority remains with the Griffon military present.
All citizens capable of fighting are to assist the guard. Those who are infirm, elderly, or too young are to barricade themselves within their home but to take up weapons should their house be attacked. They are to fight only if directly endangered.
Any Griffons residing in the Old City are strongly urged to seek shelter during a raid, either in the Griffon's Roost or by proceeding to the temples if they are unable to fight. Griffon citizens caught outside the district during a raid should proceed to the shelter nearest them if they are unable to fight.
Following any raid, those directly attacked should report to Lord Centurion Daemio Sennet or Lord Centurion Zeynus Sennet for proper debriefing. Any pamphlets or other materials dropped by the Shamibelians should be turned over to Lady Centurion Imoen Sennet. All are expected to immediately get their armour and weapons repaired should they have sustained damage once raids are concluded and the all clear has been given. They may then return to their usual routines, including any leaves of absence, which will resume from the conclusion of unrest rather than counting against that leave period by Her Honour's generosity.
