TP: Ellish Ticanee

Tinyplot Name: Ellish Ticanee

Goal: To show the Ticanee in Ellish that the panther line isn't extinct and the thereby give them more cause to re-align with the Republic.

Required PC Participants: Torianos and...whoever else wants to participate.

Required NPC Participants: Lupos maybe? Random NPC Ticanee might also be ok.

Resources: None really.

Conflict: The Ticanee don't believe Torianos is who he says he is, they don't care for some reason or they just don't want to align themselves with the Republic; don't want to support the re-settlement.

Mission Details: Torianos intends to set up a large tent in the Civilian Camps, make his presence known and hopefully attract members of the Ticanee faction to come and speak with him. Failing that, he may try and find a couple Ellish citizens who know Lupos or of him, so that he can seek them out himself. After contact is made, it would primarily be a negotiation to try and get that faction to re-align with the Republic and help out the resettling process. (OOC: Whether this is a go out and find them sort of event, or one where they come to talk to him totally depends on whoever's GMing this and the PC participants sort of depends on that too. I'm cool with whichever is preferred staffside since one would require more GMing than the other)
