I'm Teonia, and I was Governor Hralib's slave, so obviously, I didn't kill him. Every slave knows that suspicion would fall upon us first, and we wouldn't have dared. But everyone also knows that slaves, when they're first taken, are the most dangerous. So why aren't we asking Tazira here what her alibi is for last night since I happen to know that Governor Hralib inspected her for purchase just before the festivities of the Night of Obala's Pride began. Maybe she felt humiliated by his rough hands, maybe she wore poisoned lipstick when he kissed her. Who could say?
Background
Teonia grew up a privileged lady in a privileged family. Although raised a Bear, she lived a carefree life, all cheer and curiosity. Motherhood -- and marriage to a prince -- changed her, and as she aged, she took on something of a proper, matriarchal air, albeit one which innocence tempered. Trapped in Anarinuell during the Shamibelian invasion, Teonia fell into slavery, if not impropriety. Indeed, Teonia clung to etiquette for lack of freedom, and perhaps that is why shame, rather than her husband, Savaren, has been her constant companion. Publically mated to Rodiste and shamed by her master, Hralib, Teonia can only dream of the time she spent as a princess, so long ago.

- Teonia should find a way to condemn Ladonna. Maybe with her out of the way, Savaren will have eyes for Teonia again.

Teonia saw Ladonna wearing Tatomir's missing Ring of Hate, which was found in Master Hralib's money pouch on his dead body this morning. Just how did that happen?
When Katriana was captured, her children were very sick, and Master Hralib thought they should be sacrificed and kept from infecting everyone else with their germs. Katriana went to Throgana for help and entrusted her with the children, but Throgana turned them over to Master Hralib. Teonia can imagine that Katriana wanted Throgana dead, and frankly, would not blame her for it.
Round One Conceal
To show that royalty and nobility meant nothing in Occupied Anarinuell, Master Hralib made a point of humiliating the royal family. They made Inaya into a brothel slave. They turned Prince Zaridos into a gladiator. And they took Princess Teonia, and strapped her to a pole so that Hralib could publicly fornicate with her.
Thereafter, Master Hralib treated Teonia as breeding stock. He made her sleep with a variety of men, but Rodiste in particular, to make 'docile' slave babies. She was forced to bear Rodiste's bastard child, and Savaren has never really looked at her the same way.
Teonia has disliked Hralib's favored slave, Throgana, ever since Throgana told her she ought to thank Hralib for being kind enough to mate her to at least a nobleman like Rodiste, instead of whining and carrying on about how she was publically humiliated and bred to another man, not her husband.
Teonia believes Ladonna is having an affair with Savaren. Yes, Teonia has been violated by numerous men, but she was forced by Hralib to do that. And she's worried that she'll lose Savaren because of it. She'll see Ladonna dead before she lets that happen.

Round Two Reveal
Master Hralib never approved of the fact that Hashi's main way of making money was renting out his slavegirls at the brothel. Hralib always thought Hashi should do more raiding and land clearing. The tension between father and son could have caused a fatal confrontation.
Master Hralib and his son Hashi had an argument before the start of the Night of Obala's Pride. Hralib yelled at Hashi to "Shape up, or else."
Scithvor Vasaloo lost his Skull-of-Taria cup to Hralib when his wife lost a bet with Vitara Nobifa, one of Hralib's wives. So where did he get it, that he's been drinking from it all night?
Malentez Samiroon was having an affair with Hralib's newest wife, Nobifa. Such an insult in Shamibelian culture would lead almost inexorably to a duel to the death and Malentez wasn't the kind to take risks. Hralib probably found out about him and Nobifa, so doesn't it make sense that Malentez murdered him?
Teonia knows that while the slave overseer Dyanna didn't have any problem with Hralib, she thought that his slaves were getting above themselves, and acting haughty towards her. An example needed to be set, and getting them all executed would please Dyanna to no end.
Teonia caught Dyanna snooping about the Temple District while it was being cleared out for Pevifa's things. What rightful business could Dyanna have had there?
Dyanna was asking lots of questions about the various Temples in the Temple District and whether it was colder in Zin's Temple or the Resting Room in Unot's Temple. Wasn't Hralib found frozen to death?
Sarina and Throgana never got along, because Throgana thought that Sarina might usurp her place as Hralib's favorite slave. The jealousy was mutual.
Teonia saw Melani give Hralib a vial of dark liquid, just after Fidelia's sacrifice on the Night of Obala's Pride.
Teonia knows that when Rodiste's brother Osirus was first captured, Hralib made him get on all fours like an animal, and eat grain from a bowl--against the Hydran Warrior Code. Osirus has hated him ever since.
Teonia knows that Orsatos is rather rich, for a slave. He could have paid an assassin to kill Hralib for him.
Teonia knows that Rodiste can't remember much of what happened on the Night of Obala's Pride after he had some 'special time' with Aylina in the catacombs. Teonia told Savaren as much.

Teonia knows that, on the Night of Obala's Pride, Savaren saw Sarina sneaking around late into the evening, and that she snuck onto Fissia's property to get Gilin--both of them left.
Teonia knows that Hralib was a holder of some of his son-in-law Bivin's secrets, and that Hralib kept those secrets hidden in a box buried beneath the Great Marble Arch in the Temple District.
Teonia knows Master Hralib complained that his key to the Temple of Zin was missing, just before the Night of Obala's Pride. Maybe Dyanna decided it was colder in Zin's Temple after all, and stole Hralib's key.
Teonia knows that the apothecarist Anorna is wearing one of Throgana's earrings. Wasn't Throgana missing an earring when they found her dead body?
Teonia knows Throgana found out that Zaridos has been communicating with his sister Ania in the Free Firan Republic, and that he feared she would turn him in to Hralib. The best motive of all to kill her.
