Several Ticanee are off on personal adventures. Itoonus, still looking to become a man, has not yet returned. It makes people start to wonder if he's been eaten by a savage sika deer or not. Oksana and Zilester are off doing some odd winter games of Oshta design. And the prize? It can't be beat! If it is completed to the Oshta's satisfaction, they get a wedding tent! (Oh, and they get to get married, too.)
Mother Urtenia seems to have recovered from her punishment, much to the relief of many Ticanee. Lately, many have noticed, she seems to be spending a great deal of time with Sadin and Caracallo down at the Glassworks. Questions of whether or not Urtenia had her head bumped during her punishment are whispered after she was seen by the messenger service, making a small mountain of snowballs... and handing them off to messengers. Odd sort of tip, isn't it? Perhaps it's just a weird Elikian thing. Everyone knows those Elikians are a little off their rocker.
Which has to be the explanation for the ruckus down in the palace district that rocked the entire Republic down to its toes. Selene, wife of the god Elik, made a speech that set off the peoples of Eagle and Gold Dragon clans. As the Ranivor attempted to calm the people, a Shamibelian attacked him with a knife. As panic set in, the facts are still a little unclear to many who had not been there... and even some few who had. The Ranivor is either dead or not dead, Selene has been arrested or not, and haffies everywhere were being dragged off to jail indiscriminately, even the infamous Draugik. However, most of the clan seems to have armored up and taken to walking around with weapons in hand, or started packing the wagons. Again. With 'Vahloria or else!' banners on the sides.

Disses run on Sunday and Praises run on Monday. Clan diss target is a perennial favorite... Khalida! During the riots, the peeping wonder of Aerval seemed to add to the confusion and panic. Petitions to have her spiny fish have already started circulating. Praise target... Taria! We can't let those annoying Firans be better known than our Oshta simply becaus they're lining the pockets of people to speak well of them. How sad is that? But don't forget your heads of house and sponsors in your praises, either.
Ikshu, Lupos, Savni, Tivert, Vilory, Belasa, Lonnell, Samar, and Sefa are still on the roster. Have a reason to see one of them off? Post to the Recruiting @bb or talk to your friends who are looking for an alt!
