TUELLI CYRANI

The daughter of Garis and Anala, Tuelli Istariniad was born a Griffon in 18 A.U. during the long and famous Istariniad-Aurik feud. In 23 A.U., her brother Elikos revealed that she had a twin brother named Tuelin -- who was still alive and with the family -- which started a riot that burned the Istariniad Manor and killed young Tuelin. Growing up, Tuelli was quiet and introverted, though had a vivid imagination and a natural talent for the arts. Having a fiance that passed away, and enduring several failed courtships, she finally married Yeter Cyrani and joined the Eagle clan. Tuelli was also a devout Unotian, and became an initiate at a young age. A requirement to continue through the Unotian Priesthood is serving the military as a medic, which she did, though unfortunately she had not told her superiors about the convulsions and fainting spells she was plagued with. It was believed that if she had been out on the field and suffered another of these spells, she could possibly have caused an unknowing soldier's death. Charged and found guilty of both regulation violation and insubordination, Firuell Aurik -- a judge and member of the Aurik family, the longtime rivals of the Istariniads -- punished her with a fine and a whipping until unconscious. Sadly, she died instead, childless and leaving her dissolving marriage behind in 35 A.U.
