UNOTRAN: City of Unot

Founded for the God Unot, the city of Unotran is located by the ocean, and the hills. It served as the home of the once powerful Cockatrice naval yard, but that, and everything else in Unotran was burned down by Bannos during the Great War as part of the ring of fire meant to slow down the Shamibelian invasion.

Unotran was quickly rebuilt after the war, and serves as the home for many wealthy Cockatrice families. It is a site of a library dedicated to the study of Unot, and it is also of great historical significance to the Firans because it is the city in which the Lanesh were said to have been gathered and trained during Kenirikas' reign. It is also said that Kenirikas was building a new secret palace in Unotran, but it was never found after the fire.

Prominent Residents

The Ista Baruns, currently members of the Cockatrice clan (and they have been members of several) currently reside in Unotran. The household is headed by Lord Nalan and his young wife, the common-born Lady Nespya.
