Kay was the second staffer to be promoted to Senior, having come a long way from when she first joined us in the fall of 1997 with absolutely no knowledge about the structures of MU*s, let alone code. Her only prior experience with MU*s was in a non-wiz, non-staff role on a social MUSH, but she quickly became the project chief of our documentation and research team, utilizing her skills as a cataloger in a research university in real life. Before long, she expanded her knowledge and because the game's expert on buildings and objects. As Co-Senior, her responsibilites encompassed a large area of managerial duties until the game grew to the point where it became necessary to form different Areas. Kay retired as a Honorary Wizard in the spring of 2003, but she still helps out on the game whenever she can.
