PRINCE VAHLON ELIANIK

Prince Vahlon Elianik was a man of many faces. To his people, he was the son of two heroes and an ardent traditionalist who wished to keep his clan strong. He was well loved by his people, especially his sister and clan leader, Taria Oshta. He was a proud man. A man of honor and fierce loyalty. And like many similar men, more often than not, it got him into trouble. Vahlon was notorious for challenging people to duels for slights (real or imagined) to his honor. This brought him into contention with many, including Lord Yaffros Iberik, Sir Commander Draugik, Prince Solgarik and even once with Princess Zeysani. It also kept him in constant trouble with the military, resulting in almost a year of disciplinary action, ending only with his life.

But even the roughest gem is still a gem. For all of his anger and bluster, Vahlon deeply loved his clan and fought hard to protect them. He looked past his own cultural biases and fought hard to win the love of Princess Inaya Elianik, whom he later married and who bore him a son. And when the threat of the Shamibelians rose again, he fought side to side with the Republic military to help drive the hated foe back. And in the second war season he fought in, Vahlon Elianik, son of Torvahl and Velani met his end. He was captured by the Shamibelians and, though the exact details of his death remain unknown, it is suspected that he died how he lived: a warrior.
