The firebug ran amok again. This time starting another fire within the Hydra District, laying claim to the yellow house. Many responded to the call with Lord Urminius, Prince Rislan, and Lord Adan being named as chiefly heroic in the battle against the blaze. It was said that Prince Rislan even saved a /baby/! A scroll was found at the scene taunting the city via poem, proclaiming the arsonist too smart to be caught.

The Hydran Clan hosted another Warrior Bonfire. Unlike the recent spread of fires as of late, this one was contained and controlled and open to only the men of the monotheistic clan.

The Palace District overseer is creating a list of crafters' marks for the district in order to assist with advertising and promotion of the trade. Those interested in being added to his list have been encouraged to contact him.

Princess Akiva and Prince Lucas celebrated the birth of their first child, a daughter they have named 'Princess Catelyn'.

A big sinkhole manifested just north of the palace in the charred earth from the fire last month to nearly claim the life and body of a young boy. While rescuers barely managed to pull the child to safety, they did finally succeed. The boy was dirty, sore, but thankfully mostly unharmed. His name has not been released to the public.

Lord Mahir Iberik and Lady Zenia Dawn were married with Lady Zenia joining the Iberik family over her own Ticanee one.

The Ista Zayes family announced the betrothal of Lord Ettore to Lady Zinia Iberik. The couple will wed in six months with Lord Ettore joining Lady Zinia's house following the marriage.

The Hydran Clan prepares to conclude its two year mourning period following the death of Lady Gemella Istabelik, formerly Ista Aldrik. Preparations are underway for a Memorial Gathering for which the Hydran Clan has openly offered a special invite to the Bear Clan.

The Solian priestesses have unveiled a birthing center which will assist in payment to midwives for those who cannot afford the delivery of babies born outside the center as well as allow those who wish to birth within to receive free blessings for the birth and child.

Clan Leader Jalil Firgalik has announced he will be stepping down from his twenty year reign as leader of the Gold Dragon Clan. The medallion will be passed down to his eldest son, Lord Proxy Governor Ojitar, soon.

Prince Torianos created a potential scandal with his announcement of allowing an opportunity for the youngers of Anarinuell's first prominent neo-noble family, The Rissiks, to regain nobility. Given the near destruction of the clan over the recent coup attempt and the fact two Rissiks were executed as being central to the efforts to organize such Chimerans worry about the potential for war -- especially since the Rissiks barely had noble blood to begin with.

Rumors begin to circulate that Lord Kristover and Lady Yasha, both Rissiks executed for the recent coup, might have been set-up by the Elikista family to absolve the royal house from guilty affiliations with the plot. Others suggest to allow the children to reclaim blood by marrying them into the Elikista family to help make amends. The Eagles seem to be very convinced their once-Iberik, Lady Yasha, was framed and seem to suggest they would not have any problems should the Iberik family or Eagle clan seek vengeance against the Elikistas or Chimerans.

Judgments

Mer Rishon, of the Griffon Clan, was found to be certifiably insane and a danger to those around him. The young Griffon was initially arrested for disturbing the peace. Upon investigation, he was reported to have pulled his hair out in clumps under claims he was being chased by a dead woman. After calming down again, he didn't even seem to recall his outburst. He also previously stripped of all his attire and accosted Lord Fiero, proceeded to violate his leg in Eeshan ways, and was only to be removed by force. For all of this, Mer Rishon was permanently exiled.

The Griffon neo-noble family, Ista Zayes, is no more. Lord Proxy Judanus dissolved the family. The adults will join the Sennet noble family while Lord Ettore is to marry out and into the Eagle Iberik family to their Lady Zinia.

Lord Esen, formerly Ista Zayes, has one year to secure a noble marriage to retain his title. During this period he will be referred to as 'Lord Esen of no family'.

In Lady Geesha's absence, Lord Marthin will step up as the temporary HoH for the Sennet family.

Lord Proxy Judanus Corinalia has named a few new ministers for the Griffon Clan. Lord Galanthis Sennet has been named Minister of Agriculture. Lord Asishon Sennet and Lady Srenni Sennet have been named Deputy Ministers of War. Lord Marthin Sennet has been appointed Minister of Firefighting with Mer Darius Istariniad as his named Deputy Minister of Firefighting.
