Writs

Writs must be obtained for all applicable situations. The procedure for use of writs and which writs are for what crime/use are as listed below:

Writ of Trespass -- awards damages for trespasses on your land or property
Writ of Negligence -- awards damages for destruction or injury
Writ of Covenant -- a court orders someone to honor his/her promise
Writ of Replevin -- a court orders someone to give you back your stuff
Writ of Jurisdiction -- orders jurisdiction be stripped from another court
Writ of Habeas Corpus -- demands the immediate release of a prisoner
Writ of Demand -- a generic court order
Writ of Refrain -- a generic court order to make a person stop something
Writ of Abuse -- suspends a public official for abuse of power
Writ of Warrant -- authorizes a search of a given location by guards
