XANTHUS EMAGALISH

Xanthus Emagalish was born in Cirusuran, but moved to Anarinuell to marry and to serve as an advisor under Clan Leader Judano. He led a fairly happy life in this position and improved the public opinion of his Clan Leader single-handedly. Xanthus met with some misfortunes, such as the passing of his wife, Dariette, in childbirth and Jalil's rise to the throne. This shift in power eventually forced him and the Emagalish family back to Cirusuran, so they wouldn't have to involve themselves with the Gold Dragon clan's destruction. The family was only allowed to return after the second civil war, when they showed firm support for the Clan Leader they'd readily abandoned before. Xanthus was asked to advise the Ranivor and his wife and did so until their departure from Anarinuell. With no further obligations to Anarinuell, Xanthus and his daughter returned to their native city and lived there for many years.

Xanthus was found murdered in the Hydra district in 38 A.U., along with Mer Illus. A man named Seffiros stabbed the pair to death and fled the district, only to be hunted down in the passing hours. Xanthus is survived by his daughter and grandchildren.
