Overview
Born in Lurashar, young Zyaida was sent by her mother, Jaslyn the whore, to Anarinuell in search for her father. She came to the city in a ragged tunic her mother bought her. She slept under trees and in the forest until a hay wagon came along and picked the young girl up. She made her way to a tavern, looking for a bite to eat and to look around for her father, who was to take care of her, once in the city. All that she knew, was that her mother said he was a Priest of Firanos. On her first day in the city, she found a Priest of Firanos, and declared him her father. Brother Kelarik was her friend and companion for a long time, he explained that he couldn't be her father, but he could be her friend. He took her to the Kamnestran Orphanage and she hated it there. She didn't like the other children, it was crowded, noisy, and it wasn't her father she was looking for. After quite some time, she found a way to get out of the orphanage and thus be adopted.
Personality and Beliefs
She's a small girl and she bounces and jumps up and down quite alot. She loves to have the attention on her. Directed towards her, lavished on her. She very much likes to be spoiled rotten. She finds that being an adopted child, makes her a very special child.
Zyaida has a way with telling stories, or making things up. Like having tea with Lord Firanos. Or even ambitions to marry him someday. Hopefully, that will go away when she becomes an adult, but for the time being, she finds that everything Firanos is where she wraps her life around. She is hopelessly devoted to Firanos.
She's enthusiastic about new things, will walk up to anyone for anything. She doesn't mind talking to strangers, much to Rolin's dismay. She is loud and she is .. what some people might think of as obnoxious, but in reality, she's just easily excitable. She has the shortest attention span that a child could have.
She fidgets and squeals quite a bit. She's as girly as they come. She likes her hair played with, washed, styled and other such girly nonsense. But she is a tomboy at heart, when it comes to things like climbing trees. If you can't find Zyaida, she is probably in a tree, on the highest branches, drinking tea, and talking to Firanos.
Family Life
The only thing that is known about Zyaida's family before she came to the city is that her mother is a whore, who is still alive. She also knows that her father is a Priest of Firanos. But she doesn't know his name or what he looks like. She also sometimes speaks of other children, perhaps her brothers or sisters in Lurashar, but those are not known for sure.
Zyaida was adopted into the Anivarin family, after her speech about haffies. She thinks her family was sent to her by Firanos and she needs to do everything that she can to make sure they are never mad at her or throw her away like her mother did.
Parents
Clarissa - Clarissa was one of the women who responded to Zyaida's cry for parents when she speeched about the haffies in the orphanage. She took Zyaida home to stay there for the time being. Until everything could get sorted out. Zyaida really hit off with her adoptive mother and finds her to be very nice. When Clarissa and Nimizo adopted her Wed Jun 03, in the year 42 A.U. Zyaida couldn't be more happy. She loves her real mother very much, but Clarissa has offered to help her learn to paint and make pretty things and she thinks that Clarissa is a nice -substitute- to her mother. Besides, with an attention span like Zyaida's she will likely forget all about her real mother.
Nimizo - Nimizo is Zyaida's sorta-daddy. She doesn't know who her real father is, and she came to the city to find him. She didn't find him, but Clarissa's husband is a nice man who gives her hugs and lets her sit on his lap. She finds him to be a very nice daddy. She would do anything to please him, since their first meeting was at the end of a whip, punishment for making an illegal speech. Now, Zyaida will do anything to make him happy and proud of her. Everything starts and ends with Nimizo. She's a total daddy's girl. She would do anything to make sure he continues to say she is a good girl!
Siblings
Livia - Livia was Nimizo and Clarissa's first daughter. And she died before Zyaida came into the family, so she doesn't really know alot about her sister that wasn't ever really her sister.
Rolin - Rolin is her older brother. But not by much! He is one of Clarissa and Nimizo's adopted children too, which makes them special together! He makes her puzzles and fun stuff to play with. He's the best brother that Zyaida has, at least in her mind. She tries to get all the sekrits out of him. Since he does all the fun sneaky stuff. He is her best friend and she loves tagging along with him on all sorts of fun adventures, when he lets her.
Kamnos - Kamnos is another of Zyaida's younger brothers. He is mean! He fights all the other children and makes to bellow out mean things to them all. Zyaida shys away from the boy and tries to make sure he doesn't make a mess of her teaset. He has been known to throw it across the nursery when he is angry. He does go to the barn with Nimizo when Zyaida peeks her head in there, its the only time the two children really get along. Around the horses.
Galianna - Daddy thinks that Galianna is the most precious thing in the world. But Zyaida doesn't think she is. The two have a test of wills it would seem for Nimizo's attentions. Galianna and Zyaida can get along sometimes, when Zyaida lets the girl play tea party with her or sometimes even hold her dolls. Where Galianna doesn't like to get dirty, Zyaida is an adventurous and stubborn-willed child. They are complete opposites and still vy for the prettiest daughter in the house.
Elias - This brother tends to hog all the attention that Zyaida would otherwise be getting. He tugs on people and commands that they pay attention to him. Zyaida gets frustrated with the small boy, and hopes that maybe he will just grow out of it. He is always getting the best presents and her parents spoil him rotten. But its not just her parents! Everyone fawns all over Elias.
Orion - Orion is small and he is sickly. He coughs alot and seems to be sick alot. He likes to help Clarissa when she paints and when Zyaida is looking at her puzzles from Rolin. Seems Orion would rather put the pieces in his mouth than actually help her with them. But he takes to admiring the colors and the promptly puts them in his mouth. Zyaida thinks Orion is a sweet little brother and he is one that Zyaida has taken a protective liking to. She will help Clarissa with him if at all possible, and brings him tea and stuff, when the girls have tea parties in the nursery.
Jareth - Jareth is a little brother who eats bugs! He does it just to see how Zyaida will react. She doesn't really like to see him eat bugs and she will run out of the room each and every time! She doesn't go in the nursery if Jareth is in there or follow him outside, unless Clarissa absolutely makes her. Zyaida is squeamish around the boy, as he always seems to have a brooding nature and she thinks he might get all upset with her like Kamnos!
Balen - This brother screams alot! My goodness! He is always screaming. Zyaida will give him treats if he stops screaming long enough to take them, and that seems to keep him occupied for the time being.
Astria - Another sister. She's the newest addition to Zyaida's family. She's another daughter to steal all Daddy's time away from her. She doesn't know what she thinks of Astria yet, because she's still a baby, but she helps Clarissa take her to the baths and stuff. Zyaida has been known to hold the little baby for hours on end and just stare at her. She's not used to babies.

Enemies
Enemies?! What are enemies? She doesn't have any to speak of. Except maybe orange babies AKA haffies. She doesn't like them, she thinks they are contagious and thus, she will not play with them. Who wants horns on their head?!
Allies
Anyone Firanosian is quite alright in Zyaida's book. She doesn't really have many friends or allies at this point in her life. Simply people she can go to and ask questions. And they answer her, despite how silly they might be.
Scandals
Speech on Orange Babies
This speech came with a positive and a negative. It got her whipped and she had to apologize to Dame Mother Cyrilla for lying. The haffie children had been moved out of her room for weeks. However, she did get adopted as a result of the speech.
Debating a Clan Leader
"I, Zyaida, do not think that commoners should be able to wear silk. Because women who wear silk have children and they don't know who their daddies are. MY mama wears silk all the time, and she don't know who my daddy is, cause the soldiers and stuff like to talk to her and she gets the silk dirty and she says that's what makes babies. Like me. Maybe if she didn't wear silk like that, then she would know who my daddy is, cause its not Brother Kelarik. I already found that out." Zyaida points to Luna, "Now, we know that -she- surely knows the daddy of her babies. That's cause she is a CLAN LEADER. THEY ARE SPECIAL. So silk doesn't affect them, and she probably doesn't roll around in leaves and sticks, so her silks won't get diry from making babies in them."
